Tell Leach to Detox Prop 123 – Save Our Schools!

To circumvent Governor Hobbs’ veto power, LD17 State Senator Vince Leach is among Republicans who want to ask voters to entwine extending Prop 123 - critical school funding that is set to expire - with school vouchers! This proposal wants to enshrine ESA vouchers (Empowerment Scholarship Accounts) in Arizona’s Constitution. This is a poison pill that jeopardizes extending Prop 123 funding. 

It's extremely important that we let him know that his constituents are not in favor of this poison pill!

• If applicable: Mention that you are a constituent and a parent/taxpayer in the (Marana/Vail/Amphi/Tanque Verde/Tucson) school district

• Schools/kids in our community depend on funding from Prop 123

• Including ESA vouchers is a poison pill

• Prop 123 needs broad support to pass, including controversial ESA vouchers would kill its chances

• Prop 123 and ESA vouchers are separate subjects and don't belong on the same proposal

• Don't put school funding at risk by including ESA vouchers
