LD17 Democrats General Meeting Notice March 18, 2026
Attorney General Kris Mayes to headline the March 18 LD17 General Meeting!
Join us on March 18 at 6:30 pm to hear from Attorney General Kris Mayes as well as from Save Our Schools' Nicky Indicavitch, who will explain the new citizen initiative to create accountability and reduce fraud in the ESA Voucher Program. LD17 Dems are eager to jump right in and start to collect signatures on that petition as soon as it's available.
We'll also hear from Brian Matlock who is the Democrat running for State Mine Inspector as well as from Rep. Kevin Volk and our two other candidates, Holly Lyon for the House and Edgar Soto for the Senate. During the business meeting, current LD17 PCs will be asked to vote on the 2026 budget.
