Fair Chance

Did you know that if you talk to a lot of people about what they want, almost everyone would mention the basics such as a safe place to live, a good education for their kids, food on the table, adequate and affordable healthcare, a good job/business with a living wage, and love and laughter.

All that boils down to a Fair Chance at a decent life of freedom and happiness. Some of us would add adventures like skydiving – definitely not this author! However, we can’t even think about “extra fun” if we’re struggling to provide ourselves and our families with the basics. In words and deeds, LD17 Democrats work to elect representatives who will do what it takes to provide every resident and small business in the District with a Fair Chance.
